Chef-owner Sergio Labrosciano is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and brings a strong culinary presence and a love for all things food to the table. Through years of extreme poor upkeep and disregard for his own personal health and wellness, he recognized the importance and need for better self-care. And with that, he eventually worked fitness into his daily routine along with a growing curiosity for nutrition, further extending his knowledge for food.
This transformation process has inspired him to assist others in bettering their relationship with food, and ultimately obtain their nutrition, fitness and wellness goals. With that in mind, Chef Sergio is constantly developing a fresh, wholesome menu for those longing to build a more sustainable and healthy lifestyle.

I decided to order Meal Joy on a whim after stumbling across the Instagram. Ive tried many meal prep services and I haven't been too impressed until now. I'm on my first week of meals and I am extremely happy. Fresh and delicious...always being on the go it's hard to prepare the foods to eat clean. Sergio was accommodating and made sure I received my meals in time after traveling on a Sunday. Will definitely be signing up for the weekly meals and already recommended friends..thank you!!
By far the best option around for tasty and easy prepared meals. The food is delicious and fresh, and best of all delivered to your door. The quantities are generous and the options change every week with something to please everyone. The owner Sergio is very accommodating and occasionally throws a nice surprise in with your order (chocolate dipped strawberries for Valentines Day). Wish I could have given it six stars.

I’ve tried other meal prep companies and Meal Joy has been the best so far. The meals are well thought out, tasty and macros friendly. They were very responsive and my experience with their service has been great!
